What can I do if I don't have enough money to pay tuition fees?

Students should consult with the Finance Office and arrange financial payments before the term begins.  The College has flexible policies for students who cannot meet the deadline for payment.  The student should sign a Late Payment Contract with the Finance Office on the first floor, Room 119.

Where can I find information about scholarships?

For private sponsors, the announcement will be placed on the Student Bulletin Board or a student can see the Executive Office, Room 112

When should I hand in my documents?

All documents must be presented at the latest two weeks before the term begins.

Does the College provide scholarships for students in need?

Yes, each term the College awards several scholarships to students from private sponsors.  The College Committee selects the students for these scholarships.

How does the College select a student for a scholarship?

The College will select the students based on their financial statement and GPA, and the requested qualifications a donor may have.

Is my scholarship automatically renewable?

No, students must register every term and attach their transcript, scholarship application and enrollment form, submitting these to the Administrative Officer in room 118

What happens to my scholarship if my GPA drops below 2.70?

Your scholarship will be terminated because College expects the students to retain a grade level close to B or A for coursework.

Does the College charge fees for transferring money to the school account?

Not the College, but the bank will charge a fee. For Further information, see the Finance Division in room 119.

Does the College report my grades to the sponsor?

Yes, the college must report your grades and class attendance to the sponsor, and students must forward the official information, as directed by the scholarship contract terms.

If I don't have enough money to pay for my living expenses, can I use money from my scholarship?
