LAC Regulations

All LAC students must be in uniform + logo at all times, unless otherwise specified. All hairstyles, jewelry shall be appropriate for school and polite society.

Swearing and inappropriate language, failure to adhere to the school conduct code, disobeying staff directives, lack of academic integrity, failure to adhere to Lao laws, will result in disciplinary action, even expulsion, without refund of tuition and fees, as deemed appropriate by LAC administration.

LAC students must study and consult with student Deans and Faculty Advisors when in need of help and support. LAC staff must approve all absences. Unexcused late arrivals to classes will result in disciplinary action.

Tertiary level students are responsible for seeking assistance as needed, participating actively in classes and in their own educational process, with guidance from LAC staff.

Students are expected to have good sportsmanship and good social behaviors in all LAC activities and events.

Relationships between students and/or school staff members and students are expected to be conducted according to the rules of the Ministry of Education and all socially acceptable standards. In the event that such relationships are deemed unsuitable by LAC staff and administration, LAC reserves the right to take whatever actions deemed necessary to adhere to the rules of Ministry and the LAC code of professional conduct, as well as socially acceptable conduct.

LAC accepts students and staff without regard to race, gender, ethnicity, or nationality, as long as the students and staff are legal residents of the Lao PDR and satisfy all rules and laws of the Government of Lao PDR Foreign students are welcome if they obtain the necessary Government permission to be in the Lao P.D.R.
Students or others associated with LAC who damage or otherwise destroy school property or facilities shall be disciplined and must pay for the costs of such actions.
